bootybarre®–Total New Body DVD is split into it FOUR blocks for those who don’t have a whole hour to dedicate to exercise.

Pick and choose your section or do the whole 65 minute workout!

The workout consists of the following sections:

  • Fusion Warm-up
  • Upper Body weighted series (need 3-5 lbs dumbbells)
  • The Barre section is modified for the home exerciser with a sturdy chair
  • Lower body floor conditioning and flexibility

Total workout time is 65 minutes
