The blend of natural ingredients is high in antioxidants and antibacterial agents that make for a power-packed punch to help boost her immune system, keeping the dreaded cold at bay.




Echinacea Tea
Healing Properties: Echinacea helps to stimulate the immune system and is also considered a natural antibiotic that helps to prevent cold, flu and fever.

Spoonful of Raw, Local Honey

Healing Properties: Raw honey is also a natural antibiotic that can instantly kill internal microbes.

Small Cube of Fresh Ginger

Healing Properties: Consuming ginger helps to improve the absorption of essential nutrients into the body, and can also help to clear up sinuses and aid in digestion.

Juice of 1 Lemon

Healing Properties: Lemons are rich in flavonoids and vitamin C that help fight against infection.

Dash of Cinnamon

Healing Properties: Cinnamon is loaded with both antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, which help to fight infection and repair tissue.

Small Cube of Fresh Turmeric

Healing Properties: Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory, which helps the body fight off bacteria and repair tissue damage.

5 Drops of Oregano Oil
