Quick BURN Combo for the Isometric Series-Pro Series 6
1. Start with rolling through the feet, then progress to heels together in a kitten heal.
2. Hold in a diamond position and pulse for 8-16 reps.
3. Pelvic tilt, focus on using your abs to move the pelvis in a posterior tilt then returning back to a neutral position. Reps 8-16.
4. Elvis externally rotated at the hips, making sure your heels are connected. Reps 8-16.
It’s always fun to mix up easy fun combinations with moves your students are familiar and feel the LOVE right away. Reps 8-16 depending on the level of your class and to what intensity you want to deliver the class.
